Each has its own rules, both below<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:28px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:40px 0 14px\">The Rise app<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The free trial:<\/strong> The first 14 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends, in the app under Plan &amp; billing, and nothing is ever charged<\/li>\n<li><strong>The monthly plan:<\/strong> You can cancel at any time in Plan &amp; billing. No further month is charged, and you keep using the app until the end of the month you already paid for. A month that has started is not refunded, unless the law where you live gives you that right<\/li>\n<li><strong>A charge that should not have happened:<\/strong> Charged after you cancelled, or charged twice? Write to <a href=\"mailto:support@rise-studio.co\" style=\"color:#7B6A52\">support@rise-studio.co<\/a> and we refund it in full<\/li>\n<li><strong>Before the first charge<\/strong> we email you a reminder, 7 days ahead, with the date and the price<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:28px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:40px 0 14px\">Rise Studio packages<\/h2>\n<p>Each package is bespoke work, so its refund rules are a little more specific than &#8220;30 days, no questions asked&#8221;. Here is how it works<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size:20px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:24px 0 10px\">Before work begins<\/h3>\n<p>You get a <strong>full refund<\/strong> if you change your mind before the kick-off call and before any deliverables have been started. Email <a href=\"mailto:support@rise-studio.co\" style=\"color:#7B6A52\">support@rise-studio.co<\/a> within 7 days of payment and we process the refund within 5 business days<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size:20px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:24px 0 10px\">After work has started<\/h3>\n<p>Once we have kicked off, refunds are <strong>pro-rated<\/strong>. Work already delivered (audits, strategy docs, ad creatives, automation builds and so on) is not refundable. Work not yet delivered can be refunded at the rate of the package. For example, if you paid for 4 weeks and we have completed 1, you can ask for a refund of 3 weeks<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size:20px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:24px 0 10px\">If something is not working<\/h3>\n<p>If the work is not landing, please tell us before asking for a refund. In nearly every case we can re-scope or adjust to get you to a result you are happy with. A refund because results did not meet expectations needs us to have had a chance to fix the issue first<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size:20px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:24px 0 10px\">Missed or cancelled calls<\/h3>\n<p>Reschedule strategy or check-in calls with at least 24 hours&#8217; notice and there is no charge. A missed call, or one cancelled less than 24 hours ahead, is not refunded, but we may reschedule it<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size:20px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:24px 0 10px\">Digital downloads and templates<\/h3>\n<p>One-off digital products (templates, course downloads and similar) are <strong>not refundable<\/strong> once delivered, because they are delivered instantly<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size:20px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:24px 0 10px\">Monthly retainers<\/h3>\n<p>A monthly retainer can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, with no partial refund for time already paid<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:28px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:40px 0 14px\">How to ask for a refund<\/h2>\n<p>Email <a href=\"mailto:support@rise-studio.co\" style=\"color:#7B6A52\">support@rise-studio.co<\/a> with the order or invoice number and a short note. We answer within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:28px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:40px 0 14px\">Chargebacks<\/h2>\n<p>Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer quickly, and almost every issue is solved directly. Fraudulent chargebacks are reported to the payment processor and may lead to collection action<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:28px;color:#1C1C1C;margin:40px 0 14px\">Consumer rights<\/h2>\n<p>Nothing in this policy reduces your rights under the consumer law where you live.
