Rise Studio is a small marketing studio operated by Sharon Hershkovitz, and the home of the Rise app. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit rise-studio.co, use the Rise app at app.rise-studio.co, fill out a form or buy a package, and what we do with it

What we collect

Your Rise app account

Your name, email and, if you give it, your phone number. Your password is stored only in a form no one can read back, or you sign in with Google. The answers you give about your business (its name, what it sells, the team, the country, the website, your goals, your monthly ad budget and how you heard of us), and what you create in the app: plans, campaigns, pictures, videos and requests to our team

Ad accounts you connect

When you connect an ad account (for example Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or ChatGPT ads), the app reads its campaigns and results, and makes changes only after you approve them. You can disconnect it at any time

The free trial and payments

Your card goes straight to Airwallex, our payment provider. We never see your full card number. We keep your plan’s status, dates and invoices

Contact forms and packages

Name, email, business website (if you share it), and the message or answers you send. Used to reply to you and, with your consent, follow up with relevant content. When you buy a package: billing details (name, email, address, VAT or tax ID if relevant) and the brief needed to deliver the work

Service delivery

To deliver done-for-you work (ads, funnels, content, automations) we may need access to your accounts (Meta Business, Google Ads, your CRM, your website). Access is granted by you, used only for the agreed scope, and removed when the work ends

Where your visit came from

When you open a Rise account we keep what the link that brought you carries (a campaign’s tags, an ad’s click number), the site you came from and the page you arrived on, so we know which of our ads and posts work. Before you choose in the cookie banner, nothing about it is stored on your device

Cookies

Always: what the site and the app need to work, such as your sign-in, security checks and your cookie choice itself (kept 6 months)
Only after you click Accept: the ad or link your visit came from (kept 90 days, so a later sign-up still counts), and Meta’s pixel, which tells Meta about page visits and clicks on “Start free trial”
You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Refuse also removes what was kept

What we tell Meta, and only with your consent

If you clicked Accept, then when you confirm your email, start the free trial or pay, our server tells Meta through its Conversions API. It sends your email address and account number in a hashed form (scrambled, so they cannot be read), the browser and the ad click your visit came from. Meta uses it to show us which of our ads bring new accounts. If you did not accept, nothing is sent

Who processes data for us

We use trusted third parties to run the site, the app and the studio. Each has its own privacy policy

Hosting: Google Cloud (servers in Paris, France)
Database and sign-in: Supabase (servers in London, United Kingdom)
AI features: Google Cloud’s AI services
Security, speed and the spam check at sign-up: Cloudflare
Payments: Airwallex
Email: our own mail server (Postal), Brevo and Listmonk
Advertising measurement: Meta Pixel and Conversions API (only with your consent)
Reading the results of ad accounts you connect: Windsor.ai
Sign in with Google: Google, if you choose it
Project tools: Notion, Loom, Slack (when included in your engagement)

How long we keep your data

Your Rise app account: while it is open, and deleted within 30 days after you close it, except billing records
Billing records and client records: 7 years, for tax law
Enquiries that do not become clients: 12 months, then deleted
Email list: until you unsubscribe
Analytics: 14 months

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers above, and only what each needs to do its job. We will share data if the law requires it (for example a court order or a tax audit)

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, export or restriction of your data at any time, and you can close your Rise account. Email [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority

Children

The site and the app are for business owners. The app is for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16

Changes

Updates will be posted here with a new Last updated date. Material changes will be emailed to clients and app users
