Rise Studio is a small marketing studio operated by Sharon Hershkovitz. We help women business owners build brand, content, and growth systems. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit rise-studio.co, fill out a form, or buy a package — and what we do with it.

What we collect

Contact forms and lead magnets

Name, email, business website (if you share it), and the message or answers you submit. Used to reply to your inquiry and, with your consent, follow up with relevant content.

When you buy a package

Billing details (name, email, address, VAT/tax ID if relevant) and the brief / inputs needed to deliver the work. Payment data is processed by Airwallex — we never see your full card number.

Service delivery

To deliver done-for-you work (ads, funnels, content, automations) we may need access to your accounts (Meta Business, Google Ads, your CRM, your website). Access is granted by you, used only for the agreed scope, and revoked at project end.

Site analytics

Anonymous traffic data (page views, device, approximate location) to improve the site. We use cookies for session state and, with your consent, marketing pixels.

Sub-processors

We use trusted third parties to operate the business. Each has its own privacy policy.

Hosting: Hostinger
CDN & security: Cloudflare
Email delivery: Brevo, Listmonk, Postal
Payments: Airwallex
Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel (with consent)
Project tools: Notion, Loom, Slack (when included in your engagement)

How long we keep your data

Lead inquiries that don’t become clients: 12 months, then deleted.
Active client records: for the duration of the engagement + 7 years for tax compliance.
Email list: until you unsubscribe.
Analytics: 14 months.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with the sub-processors above, and only the data they need to do their job. We will share data if legally required (e.g. court order, tax audit).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your data at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

Essential cookies are always set (session, security). Analytics and marketing cookies require your consent via the banner. You can change your choice at any time.

Children

This site is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

Updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be emailed to clients.
