Rise Studio is a small marketing studio operated by Sharon Hershkovitz. These terms apply when you visit rise-studio.co, buy a Rise Studio package, or use the Rise app at app.rise-studio.co. By doing any of these, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services

What we offer

The Rise app

The Rise app helps you set up your business profile, plan campaigns and follow their results. It can suggest answers, plans and changes, and with your approval it can make changes in the advertising accounts you connect. Nothing is changed in your accounts without your approval

Rise Studio packages, done for you

Strategy, ads, funnels, content and automations, delivered by the studio team within the scope of the package you choose. What is included in each package is described on its page. Work outside that scope is quoted separately

The Rise app: free trial and monthly plan

14 days free: The plan starts with a 14-day free trial. To start it you add a card, and nothing is charged that day
Then monthly: Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan then costs $89 a month (or the price shown when you sign up), charged to that card on the day the trial ends and then every month, until you cancel
A reminder first: We email you 7 days before the first charge, with the date, the price and how to cancel
Cancel any time: In the app, under Plan & billing. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Cancel later and no further month is charged: you keep the app until the end of the month you paid for
One free trial per account: An account that already had a trial starts paying at once
On your statement: The charge appears as ZOLONET LIMITED, the company that collects payments for the Rise app

Your account

You can sign in with your email or with Google. Keep your sign-in details safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it. The app is for businesses, and you must be at least 18 to use it

Payments

Packages and plans are paid in advance, at the price shown when you buy. Payments are processed by Airwallex, and we never see your full card number. Taxes are added where the law requires. Refunds follow our Refund Policy

Advertising budgets are not part of our fees. You pay them directly to the ad platforms (for example Meta or Google), in your own accounts, and you stay in control of how much you spend

Your part

Give us accurate information about your business, and keep it up to date
Only share content, images and brand assets you have the right to use
Follow the rules of the ad platforms and the laws that apply to your business and your ads, including rules for regulated products and services
Review what Rise suggests before you approve it. You decide what runs in your accounts

Access to your accounts

To deliver the work, or for the app to show and change your campaigns, you may give us access to accounts such as Meta Business, Google Ads, your CRM or your website. We use that access only for what you asked for. You can remove it at any time, and we remove ours when the work ends

Suggestions made with AI

Some features use AI, for example reading your website to fill in your business profile, or answering questions about a field. These suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Always check them before you rely on them

Other platforms

Our work depends on third-party services such as Meta, Google, TikTok and the tools that connect to them. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their decisions, for example ad rejections, account restrictions, price changes or outages

Results

We work hard to grow your business, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control, like your market, your offer and the platforms. We do not guarantee specific results, such as a number of leads, sales or a return on ad spend

Who owns what

You keep ownership of your business, your content, your data and your ad accounts. Once a package is fully paid, you may use the work we created for you in that package for your business. Rise Studio keeps ownership of its own methods, templates and the Rise app

Fair use

Do not misuse our services: no illegal or misleading content, no attempts to break into or overload the app, and no reselling of access without our written agreement. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms

Ending the service

You can stop using our services at any time. The Rise app’s plan is cancelled in Plan & billing, and packages by writing to us; what was already paid is handled under the Refund Policy. We may end the service if these terms are broken, and we will tell you why

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our services are provided as they are, and Rise Studio is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit

Changes

We may update these terms. Updates will be posted here with a new Last updated date, and material changes will be emailed to clients before they apply
