Refund & Returns Policy
Fair refunds, plain rules

Rise Studio is a small studio doing custom done-for-you marketing work. Each package is bespoke, so our refund rules need to be a little more specific than “30 days, no questions asked.” Here’s how it actually works.
Before work begins
You get a full refund if you change your mind before the kick-off call and before any deliverables have been started. Just email [email protected] within 7 days of payment and we’ll process the refund within 5 business days.
After work has started
Once we’ve kicked off, refunds are pro-rated. Work already delivered (audits, strategy docs, ad creatives, automation builds, etc.) is non-refundable. Work not yet delivered can be refunded at the rate of the package — for example, if you paid for 4 weeks and we’ve completed 1, you can request a refund of 3 weeks’ worth.
If something isn’t working
If the work isn’t landing, please tell us before requesting a refund. In nearly every case we can re-scope or adjust to get you to a result you’re happy with. Refunds for “results didn’t meet expectations” require us to have had a chance to fix the issue first.
No-show / cancelled calls
Reschedule strategy or check-in calls with at least 24 hours’ notice and there’s no charge. No-shows or under-24h cancellations don’t get refunded but can be rescheduled at our discretion.
Digital downloads & templates
One-off digital products (templates, course downloads, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered, given their instant-delivery nature.
Subscriptions / retainers
Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month — no partial refunds for time already paid.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the order ID and a short note. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank — we are very responsive and almost every issue is resolvable directly. Fraudulent chargebacks are reported to the payment processor and may result in collection action.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights under the consumer law of your jurisdiction. If local law gives you a stronger right than what’s written here, the local law wins.
